Robert Duvall: From 'The Godfather' To 'Get Low'

The Academy Award-winning actor detailed some of his most memorable roles, including his portrayal of Tom Hagen in The Godfather and Lieutenant Colonel Bill Kilgore in Apocalypse Now. He also described his latest role, a hermit planning a "living funeral," in then-upcoming film Get Low.

Ken Tucker is, as usual, disappointed by the winners of this year's Grammy Awards. But he's also dismayed by reader and critic polls which, according to him, celebrate dolorous and purposeless artists. New Order's recent album, Technique, could be described the same way, but Tucker appreciates its charm and accessibility.
