She's been a star of stage and screen for nearly sixty years, was married to Humphrey Bogart, and won the National Book Award for her 1978 autobiography By Myself. This weekend, Bacall is being honored with a Lifetime Achievement Award at the fifth annual Tony Awards Party, which takes place Sunday June 3 2001.
