'The Beatles Anthology' remasters the Fab Four — with great results

ABC presented an eight-part documentary series called "The Beatles Anthology," telling the history of the band and its music in the first and only fully authorized TV biography - the only one, that is, until now. Thirty years later, "The Beatles Anthology" is back, with the sound and images restored and with a brand-new ninth episode added at the end. Disney+ is presenting the newly refurbished series beginning tonight, with three episodes unveiled nightly. Our TV critic David Bianculli has this review.

'A Man on the Inside' goes to college, and Ted Danson aces the test

Actor Ted Danson and TV writer-producer Michael Schur, who teamed up for the successful afterlife comedy "The Good Place," have gotten together again for another sitcom - Netflix's "A Man On The Inside." The series is back with Season 2. And our TV critic David Bianculli says the show is one of the most entertaining and relatively unappreciated series currently on TV.
